Potato trading

We produce versatile (type B), firm-fleshed potatoes (type A – salad potatoes) for the fresh market, destined for various culinary segments: steamed, fried, fried,french-fries, mashed and soups.

Plantation

The overall production area covers more than 800 ha, thanks to the work of some fifty partner farmers. This collaboration enables us to produce, store and sell 50,000 tonnes of potatoes a year.

Production and harvesting

From planting to harvest, we support growers in the technical monitoring of their plots. We monitor tuber growth through regular calibration of samples. We process 50,000 tonnes of potatoes a year.

We are equipped with the latest Qualicelp quality assessment machine, developed by Eurocelp. These analyses enable us to communicate transparently with both farmers and customers.

Packaging and sales

We offer a catalog of some forty varieties, with white, yellow or even purple flesh; red, white or yellow skin. Regular trials of new varieties are carried out every year to meet our customers' requirements and offer new ranges.

Le Puiset site

The Le Puiset site washes and packages potatoes for the national markets and French supermarkets.

The Mérévillois site

The Mérévillois site is mainly dedicated to packaging unwashed potatoes (washable and/or non-washable) for French and foreign packers. We export mainly to European countries.
